Sage X3 Fashion
Sage X3 Fashion is a solution for fashion distribution. Its structure is represented in the diagram below.
Fashion add ons

The Sage ERP X3 would implement the following functionalities (CPI will provide the essential add ons to the standard Sage ERP X3 solution):

  1. Products;

  2. Prices, costs, margins;

  3. Purchasing (Orders, Receipts, Invoices Control);

  4. Sales;

  5. Stocks Control (Quantities, Values​​, Movements);

  6. Reports.

Product and business definitions

Product information contains:

  1. Size and color matrix with different size tables and color tables (eventually those used by suppliers);

  2. Size tables equivalences (for instances between S/M/L and 36/38/40 tables);

  3. Supplier data;

  4. Different internal and external codes, including one or more barcodes per item, supplier codes, etc.;

  5. Specific article data (family, sub-family, supplier, brand, line, usage, thematic color, packaging units and method – box or hanged, composition, washing instructions, collection, permanent item, etc.), VAT rates;

  6. Combined products, with special rules (sell only together or isolated, supply only ensemble available, etc.);

  7. Consigned or purchased article, and priority on sell;

  8. Distribution rules (by article or collection);

  9. Guarantee management.

Purchase management
  1. Purchase processes follow a down to top orders sequence, from store demand to economical manufacturing quantities. A confirmation closes the first purchase process (during season planning, several months in advance);

  2. Quality control can be added according to purchase definition;

  3. Label printing methodologies can be a second verification process.

Sales
  1. Day closing process in account (sales by stores);

  2. Matrix sales order;

  3. Selling price by mark up or margin;

  4. Voucher discount (optional).

Stock control
  1. Different article groups with and without variants: shoes, caps, dap, clothing, utilities, tools;

  2. Different size tables: EU, US, children, lingerie, belt measures;

  3. EAN Code treatment: generation and definition;

  4. Subcontracting management (optional);

  5. Logistic process: reception, picking, expedition;

  6. Mobile functions (PDAs): receptions, inventory (optional).

Reports
  1. Some reports are on matrix format (ex. customer order confirmation) with comments added at document level or product level;

  2. Others reports can be made on demand.
